The learned Addl.PP informs that the chargesheet with reference to the First Information Report No. 0211 of 2023, dated 7th June 2023, registered with the Turbhe MIDC Police Station, Navi Mumbai, has been investigated and the chargesheet has already been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Belapur, on 21st December, 2024. 2.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner was not aware of the filing of the chargesheet. The Petitioner would now approach the concerned Court and would make an Application 1/2

Trupti 8-wp-3773-2025 for adding an Accused whose role and involvement in the crime is clearly visible. He, therefore, desires to withdraw this Petition. 3.

In view of the above, with liberty as is prayed for, this Writ Petition is disposed off as withdrawn, on instruction. 4.
