Though, the learned Advocate, Mr. Arvind D. Aswani, has been appointed to represent the cause of the Applicant, through legal aid, none appears on behalf of the Petitioner, either in person or through the video conferencing mode.

We find that the Applicant/Petitioner, who has addressed a letter dated 23rd June, 2025 to this Court, has been convicted and is presently lodged in Harsool Central Prison, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, There appears to be an incident that has occurred, regarding which he has 1/2

Trupti 10-wp-3782-2025 lodged his grievance through the said application. He has also received a show cause notice dated 18th May, 2025, under the signature of the Superintendent of Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Central Prison. The grievance pertains to an alleged incident that occurred in the Jail at Harsool. 3.

We, therefore, direct the learned Registrar (Judicial-I) to dispose off this file from the record of the Principal Seat at Bombay and transfer the proceedings to the Registry of the Aurangabad Bench of the Bombay High Court.
