The Petitioners are the opponent in the complaint filed by Respondent No. 2 under the provisions of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005. Since the Petitioner No. 3 has failed to deposit the interim maintenance granted by the Court, the Judicial Magistrate First Class (3), Kadegaon has passed an order of striking of defense of the opponent. The said order was challenged before the Additional Sessions Judge, Vita, which came to be allowed by passing a conditional order. The conditional order passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Vita is challenged before this Court. 2.

Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 7th August 2025. 3.
