At the outset Mr. Kachole, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks withdrawal of the Writ Petition. He only submits that the learned JMFC be directed to dispose of the Application in Notice Case No.294 of 2025 expeditiously.

The perusal of the Roznama shows that next date of hearing is on 16th July, 2025. In the facts and circumstances of the case the learned JMFC, 34th Court Vikhroli, Mumbai is requested to dispose of said Notice Case No.294 of 2025 expeditiously on or before 21st July, 2025. 4.
It is clarified that this Court has not considered the merits and all contentions on merits are expressly kept open. 5.
Accordingly, the Criminal Writ Petition is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
