1) Record indicates and according to us, directions issued vide Order dated 5th August, 2025 and in particular paragraph No.13 are not complied with by the concerned Authority till today. That, Smt. Sharmila Sutar, Police Inspector (Crime) has filed an Affidavit dated 6th October, 2025, annexing the action taken against the concerned police Officer by the Commissioner of Police, however compliance report is not on record. 2) Learned APP submitted that, Deputy Commissioner of Police, Pune City has send a communication dated 3rd October, 2025, to the Registrar of this Court, which is alleged to be a compliance report. 1/2

In view of the above and according to us it will be appropriate to place the Petition before the Bench presided over by the Hon'ble Shri. Justice Ravindra V. Ghuge, for considering the fact whether the directions issued vide Order dated 5th August, 2025 are complied with in its proper letter and spirit.

4) Registry is directed to place this Petition before the said Bench on 19th November, 2025.
