We have perused the compliance affidavit tendered by the Police Inspector (Crime), Khadak Police Station, Pune, dated 6th October 2025, wherein it has been specifically mentioned in paragraph no. 4 that, after following the due procedure applicable, Respondent No.4, the Commissioner of Police, Pune, noticed that Respondent No.2, the Senior Inspector, Khadak Police Station, Pune, namely Shashikant Chavan, was found guilty and has been awarded with the punishment of stoppage of all his increments for a period of two years.
