While dictating the Order we noticed that, the number of Detention Order in the pleadings and prayer clause 8(B) has been erroneously typed as 127 instead of 125. We had therefore directed the Registry to list the Petition under the caption for directions. 2) Mr. Joshi, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner submitted that, the Petition is preferred by the brother of detenue and the correct number of Detention Order is 125 dated 10th June 2025. 3) Accordingly, leave to amend the pleadings and prayer clauses, granted.
