Mr. Pandey, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks withdrawal of the Writ Petition. However, he states that the direction to pay cost of Rs.25,000/- by the impugned Judgment and Order dated 13th June 2025 passed by the learned Extra Joint Additional Sessions Judge, Pandharpur in Criminal Appeal No.34 of 2024 be set aside. 2.

Accordingly, Writ Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and dismissed as such, with modification that the direction of the learned Appellate Court imposing cost of Rs.25,000/- is set aside. 3.

However, if the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 are aggrieved by setting aside Order imposing cost of Rs.25,000/-, then leave is granted to Respondent Nos.1 and 2 to file appropriate application seeking modification of this Order to that extent.
