1) Petitioners i.e. Husband, Mother-in-law, Father-in-law, Brotherin-law, Sister-in-law of Respondent No.2 and Aunt of Petitioner No.1 have filed this Petition for quashing of RCC No.2467 of 2024, pending on the file KIRAN SANJAY GHUGE of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Vasai, District-Palghar, arising out KIRAN SANJAY GHUGE Date: 2025.08.25 15:45:56 +0530 of CR No 644 of 2024 dated 12th September, 2024, registered with Tulinj, Police Station, Mira-Bhayandar, Vasai Virar Police Commissionerate, under Sections 498-A, 406 323, 504, 506, read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, with the consent of Respondent No.2, the informant. 1/2

KSG 46-WP-3895-2025.doc 2) Mr.Mobhani, learned counsel appearing for Respondent No.2 submitted that, Respondent No.2 has already filed on record her Affidavit dated 4th July, 2025, duly affirmed before a Notary Public. It is stated therein that, the disputes between herself and Petitioner No.1 have been amicably settled with the help of their friends and family members. Accordingly, Consent Terms are filed in the Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai, on 4th July, 2025. That, as per the Consent Terms she is giving her consent for quashing of the present crime. It is stated that, there is no force or fraud or coercion practiced upon her by the Petitioners or anybody else. 2.1) The Respondent No.2 is personally present in Court and through her counsel reiterates the contents of her Affidavit dated 4th July, 2025 and her 'No Objection' for quashing of the crime in-question. 3) In view of the above, Petition is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).
