This Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus, or a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus and directing transfer of investigation in Cr. No. 283/2023 registered by Worli Police Station to Central Bureau of Investigation; (c.)

This Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus, or a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus and appoint a neutral and independent investigation officer or agency to investigate further in Cr. No. 283/2023 registered by Worli Police Station; (d.) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus, or a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus and direct State Police Complaints Authority to initiate disciplinary action and/or departmental action and enquiry against Mr. Nitin Shinde (I.O. Worli Police Station) and for all consequential action." 2.
