No. 283/2023 registered by Worli Police Station to any other Police Station falling in any other zone; (b.) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus, or a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus and directing transfer of investigation in Cr. No. 283/2023 registered by Worli Police Station to Central Bureau of Investigation; (c.)
This Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus, or a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus and appoint a neutral and independent investigation officer or agency to investigate further in Cr. No. 283/2023 registered by Worli Police Station; (d.) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus, or a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus and direct State Police Complaints Authority to initiate disciplinary action and/or departmental action and enquiry against Mr. Nitin Shinde (I.O. Worli Police Station) and for all consequential action." 2.
Ms. Kejashri Thakar, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition. 3.
