DATE :
1st August, 2025 P.C.:- 1.
The Petitioner has put forth prayer clause (a), as under : "a) That this Hon'ble Court, considering the facts and circumstances of the present case, be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus or a Writ, Order, Command or appropriate Direction in the nature of Mandamus and/or any other appropriate Writ, Order, Command or Direction directing the Learned JMFC Court at Dadar Bhoivada to pass orders and allow the Application Exhibit -"8" to produce the documents before the Hon'ble JMFC Court at Dadar Bhoiwada within a period of 30 days"
2.
The manner in which the prayer has been formalized would not permit us to entertain the Petition.

3.
The Petitioner claims to be the Complainant/ Original Informer. It is canvassed before us that, on her Application for intervention, an order has been passed permitting the Petitioner to assist the learned APP. However, the Petitioner has directly filed an Application dated 4th November, 2022, which is marked as Exhibit-8, and by bypassing the learned APP, the documents are sought to be produced. The said Application is pending.
4.
Normally, this Court does not issue a direction to the learned Judge/ Judicial Officer.
5.
The learned APP submits that since the Petitioner has been granted the liberty to assist, the concerned APP would look into the matter and would request the Court to deal with the Application, Exhibit-8, if there is no other legal impediment, and decide the same at the earliest. 6.
In view of the statement of the learned APP, we would appreciate if the learned Court deals with the said Application, with the Petitioner assisting the learned APP, to the extent she is permitted to do so, within a period of 90 days from today.
