We have perused the order passed by this Court earlier on 16th April, 2025 in Criminal Writ Petition (St.) No. 24600 of 2024. 2.

Though we record the statement of the learned APP, it needs mention that the said officer, who was earlier directed to decide the appeal within the statutory period vide order dated 16th April 2025, has not complied with the direction. Hence, we expect due obedience to this order. 1/2
