Before opening the brief, the learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits on instructions that the Petitioners desire to approach the Magistrate under Section 175(3) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (BNS). According to the learned Advocate for the Petitioners, Petitioner No.1, who is 58 years of age, is a very old person. Petitioner No.2 is 38 years of age.
