Heard Mr. Shaikh, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner. He states that the only relief sought in the Petition is the expeditious disposal of the Application bearing Exhibit-6, filed in C.C. No.302/DV/2023, which is pending for last about one year. He further states that the said Application is not decided and the Petitioner is suffering as she is without any maintenance.

As the only relief sought is the expeditious disposal of the Exhibit6 Application filed in C.C. No.302/DV/2023 (annexed as Exhibit-B to the present Criminal Writ Petition), notice is not required to be issued to Respondent Nos.1 and 2.

Accordingly, the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 65th Court, At Andheri, Mumbai, is requested to dispose of the Exhibit-6 Application filed in C.C. No.302/DV/2023 expeditiously, on or before 15th October, Vaibhav Page No. 1
