1) The husband (Petitioner No.1), mother-in-law (Petitioner No.2), sister-in-law (Petitioner No.3) and father-in-law (Petitioner No.4) of Respondent No.2, have filed this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for quashing of criminal case bearing R.C.C. No. 3341 of 2024, pending on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Mira Road, arising out of C.R. No. 0085 of 2024, dated 11th February 2024, registered with Nayanagar Police Station, Mira-Bhayandar, Vasai-Virar Police Commissionerate, punishable under Sections 498-A, 377, 406, 323, 504 and 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, with the consent of Respondent 1/2

2) Mr. Khopekar, learned Advocate appearing for Respondent No.2 submitted that, the Respondent No.2 has already filed on record her Affidavit dated 15th July 2025, duly affirmed before a Notary Public. It is stated therein that, the matter between Respondent No.2 and the Petitioners has been amicably resolved and she does not wish to proceed with the said case. In para No.3 thereof, Respondent No.2 has given her no objection for quashing of the crime in question.

2.1) Respondent No.2 is personally present in the Court and through her Advocate reiterates the contents of her Affidavit dated 15th July 2025 and her 'No Objection' for quashing of the crime in question. 3) In view of the above, Petition is allowed in terms of prayer clause (A).
