The Petitioner has put forth multiple prayers. However, after the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class passed an order dated 13th June, 2025, rejecting the Petitioner's contention and directing that the Accused be taken into magisterial custody until 26th June, 2025, the Petitioner challenged the said order in this Petition. Subsequently, the Petitioner has scored out the said prayer clause (b). Now, the learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits, on instructions, that the Petitioner desires to challenge the order dated 13th June, 2025.
