Responding to the prayer put forth by the Petitioner, the learned APP submits, on instructions, that as a routine course, FIR No.0403 of 2025, registered on 23rd June, 2025 with Virar Police Station, District Mira Bhayandar, Vasai Virar, will be transferred to the Cyber Crime Cell, since the local Police Station does not have the machinery.
