By the present Writ Petition filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, relief is sought to quash and set aside the Criminal Complaint No.208 of 2010 filed before the Family Court, Pune, and the Order dated 17th July 2012 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court No.1, Pune in P.E. No.208 of 2010. By the said Order dated 17th July 2012, the Petitioner is directed to pay maintenance of Rs.5,000/- per month to the Respondent No.2 and maintenance of Rs.8,000/- per month to the Respondent No.3 since the day of presentation of the Petition i.e. 25th June 2010. 2.
Mr. Syed Nabeel Ali, learned Counsel for Respondent No.2 and 3, states that Respondent Nos.2 and 3 have no objection if the relief

Learned Counsel for Respondent Nos.2 and 3 also tenders Affidavit-in-Reply confirming that the dispute between the parties has been resolved and that therefore maintenance proceedings and order passed therein be quashed.

The Respondent No.2 is personally present in Court and confirms the same.

Accordingly, by consent of the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of prayer clause (ii). The said prayer clause (ii) reads as under :- "(ii) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to quash and set aside the Criminal Complaint No. 208 of 2010 filed before the Hon'ble Family Court at Pune and order dated 17 July 2012 passed therein;"

The Writ Petition is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
