The learned Advocate for the Petitioner has specifically drawn our attention to the various Cyber complaints at page Nos. 7 to 12, referred to in the Memo of the Petition. He also points out that the FIR No.737 of 2024, with regard to the hacking of his bank account, is pending and requires investigation through the Cyber Cell.

The learned APP submits on instructions that the FIR will be transferred to the Cyber Cell and the FIR, as well as all the Cyber complaints mentioned in the Memo of the Petition, would be investigated into. We would appreciate, if the investigation is done expeditiously. 3.
