We have considered the strenuous submissions of the learned Advocate Mr.Sabrad on behalf of the Petitioner and the learned Advocate Mr.Hafeezurahman on behalf of Respondent No.1.

We are informed that the Petitioner has already preferred Civil Suit No.1478 of 2025, before the learned City Civil Court, at Mumbai, wherein the Show Cause Notice dated 12th December, 2024, as well as the final order dated 11th June, 2025 have been assailed. We are also informed that oral submissions of the parties on the Notice of Motion No.3603 of 2025, have concluded and the learned Court has posted the matter on 5th August, 2025 for pronouncement of order.

In view of above, this Petition is disposed off with the observation that the litigating parties would show restraint on a precipitative action and await the order of the Court until 5th August, 2025. We would request the learned Court to pronounce the order on the said date considering that the matter was closed for order on 19th July, 2025.
