A complaint was filed on 9th July, 2025 and within less than ten days, this Petition was filed on 19th July, 2025 seeking a Writ of Mandamus from this Court directing the CBI to investigate the complaint.

We are not inclined to entertain this Petition primarily for the reason that a simple complaint has been filed on 9th July, 2025, and on the 10th day, the Petitioner desires a Mandamus to the CBI, thereby showing distrust in the investigating agency. In such circumstances, issuing a direction would undermine the confidence Gauri Gaekwad
