We have heard the learned Advocate for the Petitioner. With his assistance, we have gone through the Petition Paper Book. 2.
It is undisputed that the Writ property regarding which the Petitioner is agitated, does not belong to her. She does not have any documents to show her title to the property. There is no declaration of any Civil Court establishing her right, title or interest in the said property.

By this Petition, the Petitioner prays that the complaint lodged before the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Zone-5, Thane, be investigated and that Sections 3(1)(r) and 3(1)(s) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 be invoked.
4.
We have perused the complaint. What is mentioned in the complaint is "सदर घराचा माझी प्रॉपर्टी असल्याने मी ताबा घेण्यास गेली असता सामनेवाले हि ने बॉडीगार लोकांना बोलावून मला व माझ्या मुलींना हिद. १९.०५.२०२५ रोजी घाणेरडी शि.वीगाळ करुन मला व माझ्या मुलींना ठार मारण्याची धमकी हिदली आ े". We do not find that such allegations would be sufficient to attract the aforesaid two Sections. 5.
In view of the above, this Petition is dismissed. (GAUTAM A. ANKHAD, J.) (RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.) Gauri Gaekwad
