Heard the learned Advocate for the Petitioners and the learned Addl. PP. The learned Addl. PP has drawn our attention to the entire facts of the case, which indicate that the father of Petitioner No.1 has voluntarily sold the property. The society has entered the name of the purchaser and has approved the transfer of the property. The Petitioners are the son and daughter-in-law of the predecessor-in-title. In view of the above, we do not find any element of an offence or criminality in the present case.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits, on instructions, that the Petitioners desire to withdraw this Petition. 5.
