The statement made by learned APP that Section 18(2) of the BNS, 2023 has been added to the FIR and that the I.O. would be tendering a charge-sheet with reference to the FIR No. 225 registered on 7th June, 2025 with the Yeola Police Station, Nashik Rural, is recorded. In view of the above statement and the compilation of documents marked as 'X', a copy of which is received by the learned Advocate for the Petitioner, it is submitted on instructions that the Petitioner is satisfied. 3.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off as withdrawn on instructions.
