2025.09.08 19:35:04 +0530 KIRAN SANJAY GHUGE quashing of CC No.1871/PW/2015, pending on the file of 24th Metropolitan Magistrate Court at Borivali, Mumbai, arising out of CR No.151 of 2015, dated 17th April, 2025, registered with Charkop, Police Station, Mumbai, under Sections 498-A, 406, 504 read with of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, with the consent of Respondent No.2, the informant. 2) Mr.Pandey, learned Advocate appearing for Respondent No.2 submitted that, the Respondent No.2 has already filed on record her Affidavit dated 5th August, 2025, duly affirmed before a Notary Public. 1/2

KSG 59-WP-4136-2025.doc 2.1) The fact of amicable settlement and resolving all disputes, differences, grievances between the parties herein have been stated in the said Affidavit. The arrangement pertaining to the visitation rights of Mr.Param, i.e. the son of Petitioner No.1 and Respondent No.2 has also elaborately mentioned in the said Affidavit. In Paragraph Nos.2 and 3 thereof, the Respondent No.2 has given her no objection for quashing of the said crime.

2.2) The Respondent No.2 is personally present in the Court, through her Advocate reiterates the contents of her Affidavit dated 5th August, 2025 and her 'No Objection' for quashing of the said crime in question. 3) In view of the above, the Petition is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
