It is stated at the Bar that cognizance of the offence has already been taken on 18th January 2025 by the Court concerned. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the matter is pending for committal before the Court of Sessions. In that view of the matter, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to amend the prayers made in this Writ Petition. 3.

However, we are not inclined to accede to this prayer and this Writ Petition No.4164 of 2025 is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to lay challenge to the order taking cognizance or any further order passed by the Court concerned by filing an appropriate petition before the appropriate Court.
