After briefly hearing the learned Advocate for the Petitioner, the learned Addl. PP submits, on instructions that the missing person, namely Keshav Saoji Mohite, had taken Rs.7,50,000/- from Respondent Nos.4 and 5 and has disappeared. The Police Authorities have established a contact with him and his statement has been recorded today by Respondent No.3. 2.

The missing person has categorically stated that because he could not provide the labour force for carrying out the sugarcane cutting (harvesting), he ran away to Radhanagari, Gauri Gaekwad

921.WP-4171-2025.odt Kolhapur. Respondent No.4 is said to be a resident of Radhanagari, District Kolhapur.

In view of the above, we direct Respondent No.3 to produce the missing person before this Court tomorrow, i.e., 31st July, 2025.
