Pursuant to our order passed on 30th July, 2025 i.e. yesterday, the learned APP submits that Respondent No.3 (Mr. Rameshwar Ghule) has produced the missing person Mr. Keshav Saoji Mohite. After he was produced Laxmi 1/2

906 wp 4171-25.odt in person before the Court, the Petitioner Sukhdeo Saoji Mohite, who is present in Court hall, identified his biological brother. 2.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner identified the Petitioner. The missing person Mr. Keshav Mohite states that he was detained by Respondent No.5. He desires go back to his home, which is the same address as the address of his biological brother (the Petitioner herein), mentioned in the title clause.

Considering the above, we permit Respondent No.3 to record the statement of the missing person Mr. Keshav Mohite and after completing the legal formalities, hand him over to the Petitioner. If Mr. Keshav Mohite desires to lodge any police complaint, he would be at liberty to do so, in accordance with law.
