We have perused the Order passed by the learned JMFC Second Court, dated 29th March, 2025 below Exhibit 82, dated 25th March, 2025 in RCC No.2178 of 2022.

The trial Court has already permitted the Petitioner to travel to Canada from 30th March 2025 to 29th March 2028. The Petitioner needs a Mane 1/2
904- WP4172-25.odt Police Clearance Certificate, so that he can approach the authorities for a long term Canadian VISA .

The learned APP Shri. Konde - Deshmukh, fairly submits that if the Petitioner approaches Vartaknagar Police Station, District Thane, on 16th August, 2025 in between 11.00 a.m. to 12.00 hrs., a Police Clearance Certificate mentioning the pendency of the case, would be issued to him, on the same day.

The learned Advocate representing the Regional Passport Office submits that once the Police Clearance Certificate is presented to the Passport Office, it would take an appropriate decision and pass an appropriate order. 4.
