The grievance of the Petitioner is that his legally wedded wife, whose name is mentioned in the first paragraph of the Petition memo, has been missing since 14th February, 2025. The Petitioner apprehends that Respondent No.1, who claims to be a spiritual person, had met his wife during the Kumbh Mela and that she must be presently with the said person. On an earlier occasion, she was found in his company.
