The missing wife of the Petitioner has been traced out. 2.

We have considered the submissions of the learned Advocate for the Petitioner and the learned APP. Earlier, the said woman had once disappeared, with reference to which averments are set out below paragraph 6 in the memo of the Petition. Now that the lady has been traced out by the 1/3

Police, she had an opportunity to speak to the Petitioner husband. We requested Ms. Gauri Rao, APP to also interact with the said lady. 3.

The version of the Petitioner, who interacted with us and the information solicited by the learned APP from the said lady, appears to be quite similar to the earlier episode of her disappearance. This time as well, she was with Respondent No.1, who claims to be a spiritual person. The lady seems to have stronger inclination towards spirituality. However, from the biological brother of the lady, who is also present in Court hall along with her husband (the Petitioner), it appears that the lady needs examination by a psychologist preferably from the J. J. Hospital. Both the husband as well as her brother are desirous of rendering assistance to her and take her to the J. J. Hospital for examination and treatment, if required. 4.

Since the lady has been produced before the Court and she specifically states that she desires to live with her husband and her children, we permit the Police Authority to complete the formalities as are required and hand over the said lady to her husband in the presence of her biological brother.
