We have heard learned Advocate for the Petitioner and the learned APP for the Respondent, State.

We have perused the Affidavit-in-reply dated 13th August, 2025 filed by Shri Rajendrasingh P. Gaur, Sub Divisional Police Officer, Bhor Sub Division, presently attached to the Pune Rural Police, Pune, more specifically paragraph Nos. 9 to 12.

We have also considered the submissions of the learned Advocate as regards the applicability of Section 467 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. We have our doubts as to whether Section 467 is attracted. 4.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner desires to move an Application before the learned JMFC for seeking further investigation and to decide whether Section 467 could be attracted and whether should be ordered. 5.

In view of the above and with the liberty, this Petition is disposed off.
