The matter is mentioned by moving a praecipe. 2.

Urgent circulation is sought for the reason, a non-bailable warrant is issued against the client. It was explained to the learned Advocate that if it is a fresh matter, as per the directions of Hon'ble the Chief Justice, it will be auto listed. Shirestedar also told me that the office has given a date on 5th August 2025. 3.

Learned Advocate insisted that the matter be taken High on Board. I tried to explain the learned Advocate what is the method adopted while listing the matters that is to say if it is on fresh admission, it always comes High on Board.

It is sorry to say learned Advocate has not understood this
