The learned Advocate Mr. Nilesh Ojha, the Petitioner in the second Petition, is identically placed as the Petitioner in the first Petition, namely, Mr. Partha Sarathy Sarkar. Considering the same, Mr. Ojha submits that he would refrain from appearing in these matters as an Advocate and he would be instructing Advocate Mr. Upadhyay to represent both the Petitioners in these two Petitions. We record the said statement. Mr. Ojha can remain present in the Court to hear the arguments, but not in his Advocate's attire. 2.

All the Advocates, as well as the litigating parties, are united in submitting that these matters be conducted 'in camera', in the Chambers. We informed them that the matter would be conducted in the Court hall and not in our Chambers. They have jointly requested that in this situation, live streaming may be halted during the hearing in this matter and the cameras be switched off. These matters be taken up at the end of the board or by 4.30 p.m., so that all other litigants as well as lawyers, unconnected with these matters, can leave the Court. We accept the said statements.

All are also united in submitting that this Court may order that there would be no publication of any news item about these proceedings, either in the electronic or in the print and social media. We accept the request of the parties and accordingly direct the Registry to ensure that the live streaming and the recording would be switched off when the hearing in these matter commences. So also, we accept the statement of the parties in so far as these matters are concerned, that there would be no publication in the print media, electronic media, social media/networking platform, etc.. Hence, ordered accordingly.
