The Petitioner has not disclosed his complete identity in the Writ Petition. The learned APP informs that he is an RTI Activist and he files several complaints in the Police Stations against several bars, public amusement / orchestra establishments etc. He resides at Talao Pali Road, Thane (West). His present complaint is against a bar viz. Crown Palace Bar and Restaurant, 1/2

8-wp4206-25.odt which is at a distance of 20 k.m. away. He claims irregularities in the said establishment. Allegations are also being made against various Police Officers without any substantiation in the pleadings. 2.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner sought a pass over. After taking instructions, he submits that the Petitioner desires to withdraw this Petition.

In view of the above, this Petition is dismissed as withdrawn on instructions.

In the event the Petitioner lodges any complaints of similar nature in future, the Authorities are at liberty to verify his locus.
