By this petition, the petitioner prays for the following reliefs: "a) Rule be kindly issued.

b) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue writ of certiorari or writ in the nature of certiorari or any other writ to quash and set aside F.I.R. bearing C.R. No.177/2025, registered with Sakinaka Police Station, Mumbai for the offence punishable under section 69 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. c) Further be pleased to quash and set aside all the subsequent proceedings.

d) Any such other and further reliefs as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper."

Mr. Naushad Ahmed, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to file fresh proceedings.

Writ Petition No.4215 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to avail appropriate remedy as available to the petitioner under the law.
