We have heard the learned Advocates for the respective sides. We have perused the Judgment cited by the learned APP delivered by this Court in Harshad Anil Kale and another vs. State of Maharashtra [AIR Online 2019 Bom 1629].

Considering the above, we grant liberty to the Petitioners to approach the High Power Committee and put forth their grievances. Those facets of their grievances, as would fall within the domain of the High Power Committee, in light of the Judgment in Harshad Anil Kale (supra), would be considered by the Committee as expeditiously as possible. 3.
