By the present Writ Petition, the Petitioner is seeking following relief :

"b) To direct the Hon'ble Metropolitan Magistrate, Mulund Court 27 at Mumbai to expeditiously and speedily try and dispose off the Case No. DV/50/2019 and Case No. PW/37/2020."

The relief sought is that the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Mulund 27 at Mumbai be directed to expeditiously and speedily try and dispose of the Case No. DV/50/2019 and Case No. PW/37/2020. In view of the nature of the relief sought, it is not necessary to issue notice to the Respondents. Dusane

As the D.V. case is of the year 2019, the learned Metropolitan Magistrate is requested to expeditiously dispose of the said cases i.e. Case No. DV/50/2019 and Case No. PW/37/2020 expeditiously and preferably within a period of 18 months from today, however, by taking into consideration pendency of the other D.V. cases.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of in above terms, with no order as to costs.
