Heard learned Advocate for the Petitioner and learned APP for the Respondent-State.

The Petitioner, who is arrested for an offence punishable under Sections 376(1), 354-A, 417 of the Indian Penal Code. He is granted bail by learned Special Judge, Thane vide order dated 19.06.2024. It is subject to the conditions. The Petitioner is aggrieved by the condition by SEEMA KSHITIJ YELKAR Date:

7 Wp-4257-2025.doc no. (b):- he and his family members will keep themselves away from the vicinity of the residence of victim and condition no. (c):- about attending Police Station twice in a week. He applied before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, however the prayer is not accepted vide the order dated 10.06.2025.

T he charge-sheet is already filed as such attendance at the Police Station is not required. So the Petitioner can attend the Police Station as and when required . Secondly, there is a dispute whether the victim has shifted from the address mentioned in the investigation papers. The Petitioner contends that she has shifted. Whereas, it is disputed by the victim. She has also filed pursis before the Appellate Court. In view of that till the time the victim will depose before the Court, this condition (b) cannot be relaxed.

Liberty is granted to the Petitioner to apply for relaxation of condition no. (b) before the trial court. The trial court to consider it. 5.
