No one had appeared for the petitioner yesterday, that is, on 17th February 2026. Today also no one appears for the petitioner. 2.
This writ petition is filed for following reliefs :- "a) that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to transfer the investigation of FIR No.532/2024 registered with Pydhonie Police Station to CBI/CID or any other independent investigating authority."

We have perused the petition and note that the petitioner is employed as a watchman at a society, namely, Darvesh Mahal Cooperative Housing Society Limited situated at Mohammad Ali Road, Mumbai. On 1st June 2024, there was an altercation between the petitioner and accused which resulted in serious bodily injuries to the petitioner. An FIR bearing no. 532 of 2024 was registered against some of the accused persons. This is the grievance of the petitioner that the investigating authorities have not correctly named the accused persons in the FIR despite the specific mention of the same by the petitioner and that the erstwhile investigating officer has on specific occasions tried to bribe the petitioner to put a quietus to the matter. clandestine manner including manipulation of statements of the petitioner and improper filing of documents.

In this backdrop of facts, the petitioner is seeking a direction to the Investigating Officer to add a few persons as accused in Crime No.532 of 2024 and also seeking a further direction for transfer of investigation in the said F.I.R. on the ground that the investigation so far conducted in the said case was biased from the very inception. 5.
After filing of the charge-sheet, the informant has an opportunity in law to file his protest petition which shall be treated as a complaint case by the jurisdictional Magistrate. It is not disclosed by the petitioner that he has filed a protest petition after filing of the charge-sheet.

On instructions, Mr. S. V. Gavand, the learned Additional Government Pleader states that the supplementary charge-sheet has been filed in F.I.R. No.532 of 2024.

We find no merits in this writ petition. Writ Petition No.4263 of 2025 is dismissed.
