By the present Petition, the Petitioner has sought for the following substantive reliefs :- "a) This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to hold and declare that, arrest of the Petitioner is illegal and the Petitioner be forthwith released in Crime bearing CR No. 95 of 2025, dated 07/05/2025, registered with Kasara Police Station for offences punishable under Section 64(1), 64(2)(M), 352, 3(5) of BNS 2023.

b) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to quash and set aside the remand orders dated 9/5/2025 and 12/05/2025 passed by JMFC Shahapur, thereby remanding the Petitioner initially to Police custody till 12.05.2025 and subsequently to Gitalaxmi

Mr. Vivek Rane, learned Advocate for the Petitioner appearing through Video Conferencing on instructions from the Petitioner submits that during pendency of this Petition, the Petitioner has been enlarged on bail vide order dated 21.11.2025 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Kalyan. He therefore on instructions from the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to file appropriate proceedings seeking damages from the Respondent.

Mr. Prasanna Malshe, learned A.P.P. for the State/Respondent does not object for grant of the request made by Mr. Vivek Rane, learned Advocate for the Petitioner.

In view of the above, leave to withdraw the present Writ Petition is granted.
