Investigation is completed. Chargesheet is filed. The Petitioner submits that he has a CCTV footage, which indicates that the owner of the four-wheeler vehicle, which destroyed five motorcycles, was driving recklessly.

The learned APP submits on instructions from PSI, Mr. Desavale that, if the Petitioner tenders the CCTV Footage to the Police Authorities, they would produce the same before the Trial Court and they would also tender a supplementary chargesheet. SUNNY THOTE

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the CCTV footage would be handed over to the SHO, within a period of seven days from today.
