The purported aggrieved person has still not filed a complaint. An Advocate's notice was issued to the Commissioner of Police for Greater Mumbai, Additional Commissioner of PoliceSouth Region, Deputy Commissioner of Police, Zone-IX, Assistant Commissioner of Police-West Region and the Senior Inspector of Police, Juhu Police Station.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner, on instructions, submits that the Petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this SUNNY THOTE

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off as withdrawn, on instructions.

In the event, the Complainant files the complaint before the concerned Police Station, the Authorities would follow the due procedure laid down in the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, and inquire into the same.
