The First Information Report No.411 of 2024, registered on 29th May, 2024 with the Bhandup Police Station, District Brihanmumbai City, was transferred to the EOW on 22nd March, 2025. Thereafter, the investigating agency has acquired documents from the Bank. Certain accounts have been frozen. Statements of eight persons have been recorded. There are around 22 Accused. The investigation is in progress and is likely to take some more time as it involves an amount of Rs.8 Crores. SUNNY THOTE

Considering the above, we would appreciate if the EOW conducts the investigation expeditiously and as soon as the chargesheet is ready, the same be filed in the Court. 3.

With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed off.
