The Petitioner points out a purported complaint dated 23rd July, 2025, addressed to the Hon'ble Chief Minister by name, Shri. Devendra Fadanvis, both the Hon'ble Deputy Chief Ministers by name, Shri. Eknathji Shinde and Shri. Ajitdada Pawar, the Director General of Police, State of Maharashtra, the Police Commissioner, State of Maharashtra, the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Zone-5 and the Senior Police Inspector. 2.

This Petition has been filed on 31st July, 2025 i.e. on the 7th day after filing the application before the Hon'ble Chief Minister

and the two Hon'ble Deputy Chief Ministers. In such matters, we would not exercise our jurisdiction for two reasons. Firstly, that in an address to the Hon'ble Chief Minister and the two Hon'ble Deputy Chief Ministers, this Court is not required to show any indulgence. Secondly, the so called complaint is dated 23rd July, 2025 and the Petition is filed on 31st July, 2025, giving hardly any breathing time to the Police Authorities, even if they decide to take inquire into the complaint.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits on instructions that he would file a proper Police complaint listing out his grievance to the Competent Police Station. 4.

In view of the above statement, this Writ Petition is disposed off.

Insofar as Prayer Clause (b) is concerned, which pertains to a complaint filed against the present Petitioner in the Police Station purportedly having no jurisdiction, the reply has been filed by an Advocate. The Petitioner has not yet tendered his own

reply. With liberty to file a detailed reply, the Authority concerned would consider the issue as regards lack of jurisdiction. (GAUTAM A. ANKHAD, J.) (RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.)
