The learned Advocate for the Petitioner has moved two praecipes dated 26th August, 2025 and 2nd September, 2025 for correcting the mistakes in the Memo of the Petition and then corrections in the final order dated 14th August, 2025. The corrections in the Memo of the Petition as set out in the Laxmi 1/2

2 wp 4287-25.odt praecipe, dated 2nd September, 2025 shall be carried out within a period of 10 days from today.

In view of the above, the date of death of the married woman set out in paragraph 1 of the order dated 14th August, 2025 be corrected as 25th February, 2025 and the date of the FIR be corrected as 4th March, 2025 instead of 4th April, 2025.
