This matter was heard for quite some time. We have perused the additional affidavit dated 13th August, 2025 (Page Nos.161 to 163) and the accompanying documents (Page Nos.164 to 171).

The learned APP submits on instructions that the preliminary investigation with regard to the complaint dated 7th July, 2025, has been carried out. The concerned Station House Officer (SHO), Pantnagar Police Station at Ghatkopar (East), Mumbai, would record the statements of the elected office bearers of the housing society within a week and considering their statements, if a cognizable offence is made out, a First Information Report would be registered forthwith.

In view of the above statement, this Writ Petition is disposed off.
