C. :- 1) Learned Advocate for the Petitioners on instructions submitted that, in pursuance of the Order dated 11th August 2025, Petitioners have deposited the said cost of Rs. 6,00,000/- with the Armed Forces Battle Casualties Welfare Fund, within stipulated period. 2) A praecipe dated 22nd August 2025 alongwith a photocopy of the certificate of the HDFC Bank indicating that the said amount is deposited in the concerned bank account, is produced on record. 3) The Advocate for the Respondent No.2 had moved a praecipe dated 4th September 2025, have placed on record the RTGS transfer details indicating that the amount of Rs.2,00,000/- is deposited in the concerned bank account.
