The petitioner has filed the present writ petition with the following reliefs:
"a.
That this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to quash and set aside FIR No. 646 of 2024 dated 17.12.2024 registered with Charkop Police Station, Mumbai, for offences punishable under Sections 376, 376(2)(n), 377 and 506 of IPC along with all other confidential proceedings arising thereof by invoking its extraordinary and discretionary jurisdiction under Article 226 and Section 528 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023; b. That, in the interregnum, this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to stay all the proceedings arising out of F.I.R No. 646 of 2024 registered with Charkop Police Station including filling of chargesheet, on such terms and conditions as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper; c. That during the pendency of the Present Writ Petition until final disposal no coercive action may be taken against the Petitioner; d.
Ad-Interim reliefs in terms of prayer clause (a), (b) and (c) above may be granted."

Ms. Pooja Sursure, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail of the remedy that may be available in law before the learned single Judge. bgp Page | 1

Writ Petition No.4305 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty granted in favour of the petitioner. All contentions are left open.
