The learned advocate Mr.Ishaan Kapse has caused appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos.1 and 2. He submits on instructions that the girl, with whom the Petitioner proposes to marry, has told Respondent No.1 (her father) and Respondent 1/2

901-wp4308-25.odt No.2 (her brother), that she does not desire to marry the Petitioner and she has already communicated this decision to him. Hence, the proposed marriage on 14th August, 2025 will not be solemnized. 2.

The learned APP submits that the Police Officer of the concerned Police Station has spoken to the girl and there is a voice recording of the discussion, which indicates that the girl has clearly indicated that she does not desire to marry the Petitioner. 3.

In view of the above, we call upon Respondent Nos.1 and 2 to be present in Court along with the said Lady, on 12th August, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. This matter will be heard in Chambers. (GAUTAM A. ANKHAD, J.) (RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.) 2/2
